In conjunction with a class action suit, performed a Root Cause Analysis and Incident Investigation of the cross contamination of a fungicide product with an herbicide that was sold to large plant nurseries in multiple states. Identified root causes of the cross contamination and identified undisclosed “secret” research project in Costa Rica. Case settled in favor of the nurseries. Settlement amount not disclosed.
