Consulting
Identifying, analyzing, evaluating and advising on matters of risk takes many forms. Dorian has taught processes for investigation and Root Cause Analysis to the highest-level investigation personnel from the U.S. Navy, the NRC, the CSB, the EPA, the PHMSA in the USA, and for the European Union and IAEA in Europe and Asia. He also provides specialized training in the areas of Human Performance Improvement, Safety Observation, Behavior-Based Safety, and Management Assessments.
